Burt’s Bees Natural Skin Solutions
The people over at BzzAgent sent me some Burt’s Bees products to try a review. I got to try Burt’s Bees Natural Skin Solutions sensitive facial cleanser and daily moisturizing cream.
I have to start this off by saying not only do I have eczema, but I also have extremely sensitive skin. I’ve been known to get a rash from one drop of a facial product. That being said I absolutely adore these Burt’s Bees products! The cleanser is thick and so soothing. The moisturizing cream is nice and light. It moisturizes without feeling goopy. Both products have a very light scent even though there is no fragrance added. The best part is they were not tested on animals.
After using the Burt’s Bees facial products exclusively for about a month now I would say I am definitely sold. They are a little more expensive than my current facial products (both products retail for $15.99), but they’re definitely worth the price. I recommend these to anyone with or without sensitive skin.
Bil-Jac Review
So I signed up for the Bil-Jac campaign over at www.bzzagent.com. I received a coupon for a free 6lb bag which regularly retails for $16.99. Normally my two dogs share the same food, but since one of my dogs has a itchy sensitive skin this time of year I decided to try the Sensitive Solutions Bil-Jac.
I was impressed that they use 4lbs of fresh chicken, but don’t use any corn. My dog really seemed to enjoy the taste, but it didn’t change her skin or coat. I also wasn’t impressed with the price. I do want my dogs to have a quality food, but it has to be budget friendly.
So after making it through a bag of Bil-Jac I would say my dog definitely enjoyed it, but I’m not totally sold.
